By default, a player has a limit of 1500 complexity per level. Players who get "verified" have their limit increased to 3000.
The grab discord's FAQ channel lists the way to become a verified creator as this: "Share your levels in #grab-level-showcase, if I like what I see I might make you a verified creator. This is independent of getting your levels verified. I usually give it for levels with a very high build quality or very creative ideas that max out the default complexity limit."
