Bounce Block

The Bounce Block is a block that when colliding with this block, it bounces you off it, as if it were a trampoline. Which direction it bounces you depends on the rotation of the block and the angle you hit it. You will bounce off at 80% of the speed you hit it at. It was added in v0.22.0.
