Illegal colors

Illegal colors in GRAB used to refer to the unobtainable colored block values generated by .index. After hex codes were added to the game, this is no longer the case. Now illegal colors refers to unobtainable player colors as they are still limited to the in-game color palette.

The current known illegal color users used to be a short list but is untraceable since the tool to get the colours was made public.
